Registration can be done online via PPL\u2019s system, <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pplfirst.com\/programs\/new-york\/ny-consumer-directed-personal-assistance-program-cdpap\/\">PPL@Home<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>If you would like<\/strong> to receive registration assistance over the phone, kindly complete the contact form on this page. Our dedicated PPL Team will be reaching out to you to start the transition process.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To view PPL\u2019s payroll calendar, <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pplfirst.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/NY-CDPAP-Pay-Schedule-2025.pdf\">click here <\/a>.<\/strong><\/p><p><b>Electronic Visit Verification<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All PAs must use PPL\u2019s phone system <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pplfirst.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/T4C-Guide.pdf\">Time4Care<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to accurately log their hours worked.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are two EVV options for consumers and PAs:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>Option 1: Mobile App<\/b><\/p><p><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Download the <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pplfirst.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/T4C-Guide.pdf\">Time4Care<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mobile application on your smartphone. The consumer and PA can each download the app separately on their phones, or the consumer can use the PA\u2019s phone to review and approve shifts. Select Option 1 to indicate that you are the caregiver<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Enter your eight-digit date of birth<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Select your consumer from the automated list<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Follow the prompts to clock in or out<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>Consumer approval of PA hours worked<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order for PAs worked hours to be processed, the consumer or DR must approve all hours worked each week by Sunday 11:59 PM for it to be processed in PPL\u2019s weekly payroll. There are 3 ways for consumers\/DRs to view and approve hours worked: Time4Care, PPL@Home or via Telephony<\/span><\/p><p><b>Logging Missed Time<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are 3 ways for PAs to log missed time: <\/span><b>Time4Care, PPL@Home, or via paper timesheet.<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><\/p><p><b>Logging missed time via the Time4Care app<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To log time in Time4Care for hours that you were not able to use the app, i.e. Sabbath, please log into Time4Care and tap add past shift from the dashboard.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>Logging missed time via Telephony<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To log missed time via phone, please dial <\/span><b>833-278-3959<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and follow the prompts for logging missed time<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>Logging missed time via PPL@Home<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To log missed time via <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pplathome.pplfirst.com\/\">PPL@Home <\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>,<\/strong> log in with your username and password and navigate to the timesheet tab.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAs who are unable to log missed time via Time4Care, Telephony or PPL@Home, may submit missed time via paper timesheets.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>All Timesheets must be submitted along with a timesheet exception form.
