We understand that the process of receiving and providing homecare services can raise many questions. Here are some of the most common inquiries we get from our consumers and personal assistants.

How do I register as a consumer?

To register as a consumer, visit PPL@Home and follow the registration instructions. You can also contact our team for direct support at 855-426-2774.

You can approve hours through the Time4Care mobile app, PPL@Home, or via Telephony. You must approve hours by Sunday 11:59 PM for payroll processing.

If you don't have a smartphone, you may qualify for a free smartphone through a federal program. Visit www.lifelinesupport.org to apply.

Missed hours can be logged via the Time4Care app, Telephony, or PPL@Home. Alternatively, you can submit a paper timesheet to ensure all your hours are recorded.
